Ok i found this out and wanted to help. Most people disconnect there xbox from the internet which is acually harder than what im about to tell you. So when you sign in on xbox go to the very end or bottom and an option will be create profile. Click on that name your new profile whatever you want such as your name it will then go to the avatar selection page click whatever you want then you can customize it if you want to play then hit save and exit then load black ops 2 offline and have fun with the ray gun mark 2
