Vengeance question

I play on PS3, and i have a question: I don't have a season pass, but i have all zombies maps; if i buy vengeance, will i be able to use the Ray Gun Mark 2 in all survival maps? And if i don't buy it? Will i get it on the box? Will it be usable for everyone? When  it will be usable? July 2nd ? Or August 2nd? Thanks for your patience
