I know I may be 2 years behind but I recently did time travel will tell and we did it 3 times to get everyone the stone (One person left at teh end of the 3rd time) so we had all 4 perks and you could do it in one round if you get a napalm zombie and keep him alive, use him for the fire part, and then use him to blow up the spike mores on the next step and just keep him alive. The spikemores do not kill him. Its a pretty sweet setup, we did this the get my friend the achievement and then twice more and all by round 13, if you don't know how to do it multiple times, once you pick up the stone the water will wash a radio down in front of the stairs, activate it and it'll reset the EE.
