Before I start I would like to specify that I am talking only about the traffic light orb in between the bookstore and the bank.
After taking a month or so long hiatus from Tranzit, I hopped on a game with 3 randoms. Myself and another were knife rank and had both completed Richtofen's side of the Tower of Babble. I was Stu and the other knife was Russ. I was the host, and both of us knives had the blue eyes as.
The other two players had not completed any easter eggs and they both saw the orb.
The other players were kind enough and offered to keep restarting games until we got the same set up (the two of us who had completed Richtofen's as Stu and Russ). Fortunately, and maybe not coincidentally, the very next game we had the same set up except that I was Russ and the other knife was Stu. The same result occurred. We are not sure what round the orbs came at, as on both attempts the orbs were present when the two players who had not completed the EE made their way to town. It should be noted that the power was already on during both instances.
I am requesting the aid of the community in testing this situation further to see if there is a definite relationship between which character each player is and which side he completed as compared to the other players.
It would be helpful if two players who had the Maxis side completed played with two players who had not completed either side. If the other orb in town (the one between the laundry mat and bookstore) appears then we may be on to something. The two who have the Maxis EE completed may need to be certain characters such as Marlton and Misty, but it would be helpful if they tested this as Stu and Russ as well as any other combinations.
I surmise that if these occurrences were more than coincidence, then the reason there have been less sightings of these orbs is because more people had the easter egg completed and the right concoction of players/characters/sides completed, had not been as easily available.
